ONE STOP MANAGEMENT TEXT MESSAGING TERMS & CONDITIONS
By opting in to receive text messages from One Stop Management (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. SMS Messaging Program Description
By voluntarily providing your phone number and explicitly opting in to text messages, you consent to receive SMS communications from One Stop Management regarding non marketing messages, appointment reminders, order updates, and cart reminders. Message frequency may vary. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message, and you may request additional assistance by replying “HELP.” Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. 2. Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary. You can expect to receive approximately 1-2 messages the first 72-96 hours for updates according to what your asked or once per month check in.
3. Cost and Carriers
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan. Please contact your wireless provider for details on your plan. The carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The service may not be available on all carriers or devices.
4. User Opt-In and Consent
You agree to receive text messages at the phone number you provide for the purposes described. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services. You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and are at least 18 years old.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number you received the message from. After you send the message “STOP”, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that specific program.

6. Privacy Policy

7. Warranty and Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for any delays, errors, or technical failures in the receipt or delivery of text messages. We do not guarantee the successful delivery of all messages.
